"Often I am asked why there are circles or circular movements in my work. The answer is that Native American Spirituality and their belief that the circle encompasses all life, influences my paintings. Everything living exists within a circle and all that lives depends on one another to exist. The faith circle is the heart of my work and I try to show how all elements in nature move together in harmony and balance." - Anne Grandin
